My Biff’s Delivery order is late or incorrect – how do I get in touch?
If you need help with a live order, the fastest and best way to get in touch is to use the ‘contact’ on your Deliveroo or Uber Eats app – or if using our website ordering system – the specific contact number for your branch should be listed on your email receipt. For any general feedback about your Delivery experience please email delivery@biffs.co
What’s in your food? How many calories are in my Biff’s Delivery?
Head to our Allergens & Nutrition page for the full deets. Sorry, we don’t yet have full calorie counts for all Biff’s Delivery menu items. We’re working on it.
What’s your postal address?
Feeling old fashioned? Our business address is Biff’s Plant Shack, 3B Stamford Works, 3 Gillett St, London, N16 8JH. Please don’t send us anything weird though.
Can I book Biff’s?
We no longer offer private event catering for things like weddings- sorry! However the Shack is available for demos, trade events and brand partnerships, as well as public speaking from our founders. We have a particularly delicious history of working alongside pals like Ben & Jerry’s, LUSH and Red Bull, so if you have an idea that needs some #VeganAF added – give us a shout 🙂
