Ever since our founder, Biff, opened his first vegan street food stall, we’ve been transforming everyday plants into mind blowing meat-free creations – with less scientific processes and head-scratching ingredients.
Our dishes are naturally meaty but free from GMO ingredients, Palm Oil, and methylcellulose, but never, ever lacking in flavour – because we believe the world deserves comfort food that tastes great, and does things a bit better.

One vegan wing to rule them all… Our Jackfruit Wings first got London’s foodies attention back in 2017, and they haven’t stopped winning awards since. Made with tender 12-spiced jackfruit in a panko crumb, and, yes, our wings are served drumstick style – on a sugarcane ‘bone’ for that proper eating experience.

Our chicken-style vegan cutlets are the stuff of legends and packed with whole plant ingredients. Seriously succulent jackfruit is lightly braised in a top secret blend of herbs and spices and coated in a golden panko crumb.

The secret to our seriously meaty, naturally naughty texture? It’s one helluva fruit. We love using jackfruit as a basis for our plant based meats as it’s naturally low in fat, packed with fibre and seriously planet-friendly (it’s not called a supercrop for nothing).
