OUR RECIPE:
We try to keep things simple. Our Jackfruit Burger Cutlets™ and Jackfruit Wings™ are both predominately made of fresh young green jackfruit, panko breadcrumbs, herbs and spices (including onion and garlic). We try to avoid weird ingredients and high processing in our jackfruit, and both our burger patties and wings are proudly free of GMO.

The recipe for both our Jackfruit Burger Cutlets and Wings contains wheat gluten.
Our patties and wings are made to a 100% vegan recipe, and are Vegan Society accredited.
