Nothing beats a sunny weekend outdoors, sharing a tray of hot chips with your nearest and dearest. That’s why our new Biff’s Plant Shack Loaded Fries are inspired by our time cooking and eating at London’s best street food markets.
We’ve taken all our fave things about those street food days – big flavours, comforting combos, how-did-they-think-of-that? toppings – and made them ready to cook at home.
Designed for sharing (or as meal for one if you’re really feeling it), we’ve created two 100% plant-based dishes that take things from humble oven chips to serious potato-temptress in just 25 minutes.
SMOKY CHILLI CHEEZE WAFFLE FRIES
Cheeze the one? Grab a taste of Texas and go all out with our moreish waffle fries, slathered in smoky no-beef chilli and topped with a thick ‘cheeze’ sauce, shredded ‘cheeze’ sprinkles and a lil’ sliced jalapeño.
Serve with some buffalo-loaded Crispy Fried Jackfruit Wingz and a Big Biff’s burger, made with our plant-based Burger Sauce, for a diner-style dinner.
BANGING BHAJI LOADED FRIES
Our favourite street food classics collide in a taste-off between curry and chips: fries loaded with an aromatic masala-inspired sauce, crispy onion bhaji pieces and a cheeky mango chutney drizzle.
Mind blowing just as they are, or add to a vegan naan with some coconut yoghurt for the ultimate wrap hack. It shouldn’t work, but it really, really does.
