Avo-Mayo Chipotle Wingz Recipe

Our classic Crispy Fried Jackfruit Wingz with our Maple-Lime Chipotle BBQ sauce and cooling creamy avocado-mayo

30 mins

Makes 4 Wingz

4 Biff’s Crispy Fried Jackfruit Wingz
100 ml Biff’s Maple Lime Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Half a ripe avocado
1/4 cup mayo or plain vegan yoghurt
1/2 lime juice
pinch salt

Preheat oven to 220°c / fan 200°c / gas 7.

Remove all packaging and place Wingz on a preheated baking tray. Cook for 26 minutes, turning halfway. Rest for 3 mins. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

For the avo’ mayo, simply combine the avocado, mayo, lime juice and salt with a stick blender, or a small smoothie blender, until silky. Add a tbsp water if it is too thick.

Add a big dollop of avo mayo to each wing, then get your best street food chef skills on and make some nice lines with the chipotle sauce.

BIFF-IT: Fancy it up with some torn coriander and sliced fresh chilli garnish, then finish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika dust.

IN A JIFF-IT: Use a diced or squashed ripe avocado with a pinch of salt for a speedy option, or save even more time by using store bought guacamole.
