Jackfruit Burger Loaded Pizza Recipe

A thin crust pizza loaded with classic burger toppings and our famous Crispy Fried Jackfruit

Makes a 12" Pizza


1 Crispy Fried Jackfruit Burger
1 12″ pizza base, or dough to make one
10 pickle slices
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella
50ml Biff’s Vegan Burger Sauce
5 or 6 rings of sliced red onion
Sprig of fresh basil


Preheat oven to 220°c / fan 200°c / gas 7.

Remove all packaging and place burger patty on a preheated baking tray. Cook for 26 minutes, turning halfway. Rest for 3 mins. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.

Roll out your pizza dough to a 12″ circle, spread on your tomato sauce, scatter your mozzarella evenly, place your red onion rings around the middle, then whack into the oven for 10 mins.

When the pizza comes out, top generously with Crispy Fried Jackfruit patty cut into 1cm cubes, and add dollops or streaks of Biff’s tangy Burger Sauce and finish with a sprig of fresh basil.

BIFF-IT – Dip your pizza slices and crusts in some Biff’s Maple-Lime Chipotle BBQ sauce for an indulgent treat. Also try blending some roasted garlic and fresh rosemary into the passata before building your pizza.

IN A JIFF-IT – Use a part-baked pizza base and pre-grated vegan mozzarella for a quick-fire cook. Add the dressed base into the oven for the last 5 mins of the burger cook-time to save even more time.
